Bookflightickets Cancellation
In order to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding on the part of Bookflightickets or customer, there must be transparency on cancelation.
It hardly matters that how well we plan but still unavoidable circumstances at times make us change/cancel our travel bookings. Exceptionally as a result of environmental changes or political problems, adjourn of times or air routes and different situations that are not in our control, but still, we have some circumstances to make changes to and can cancel already confirmed bookings. While we try our best to ward off the changes and cancellations, therefore we must have the right to do so. Though we would like to take a considerate view on rescheduling /cancellation of your booking made with us but airline and other supplier limitations, and the kind of industry we operate in, we are obligated to charge the cancellation fees as per the cancellation policy. If we have to make an important change or cancellation, we will inform you as soon as possible. In these situations, we will provide you other routing or dates and somewhat one option which is of same cost and standard if airline confirms the same and if the time allows doing so before departure.
Flight Tickets Cancellation Fee
(a) In case of cancellation/date change of flight tickets, respective airline’s cancellation policy will be applicable.
(b) When airline make any cancellation or change as per the circumstances which are not under control and whose consequences cannot be avoided even with all due care. Under such situations, we will not provide you any compensation or will take no responsibilities of choices mentioned above. We can discuss the situations with airlines on your behave and can ask them to provide you reimbursement. But whole decision depends on airlines; we cannot guarantee you any such refund or compensations.
(c) If we have to make changes or cancellation as a result of your failure to abide with the need of the bookings such as not paying on time. We will not be responsible to pay any compensation mentioned above.
(d) Our cancellations and rescheduling policy may vary by Service and/or Trip sold. They are viewable in writing prior to purchase via email delivered to the customer. If there is any query or confusion, kindly talk the travel agent at the time of booking so that he/she can explain you well on it. Sometimes bulk fares come up with more restrictions, same information will be shared by us to you over the call as well as email and post your authorization, we will proceed with booking.
(e) Important: All bookings of airline tickets are non-refundable generally unless specifically described otherwise. Any alteration, transfer, or cancellation relating to airfare which affect the booked flight(s), will involve charges up to the price of the air tickets bought including, without limitation, all fees, taxes, and charges. All cancellations must be done over the phone only. We can accept refund requests only if the following conditions have been met:
1. Only if the fare rules provide for cancellation and refunds
2. It is not “no show” situation (most “no show” bookings are in-eligible for any waiver from airlines/suppliers for refund processing)
3. We are able to receive waivers from suppliers to process the requested cancellation and refund.
All refund requests are processed in a set format. Once your cancellation request has been submitted with our customer care agent, you will get an email notification acknowledging your request. This acknowledgement does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Based upon the fare rule we work with the airline or other involved suppliers to generate a waiver and process the refund if fare rules allow. Cancellations vary as per fare rules, Refunds may take up to 4-6 business weeks to process.
4. All the cancellations are to be done over the phone only.
5. Based on the rules of fare we have to work with the airline or other related suppliers to create a waiver and process your refund if fare rules allow it. Cancellation depends on the fare rules. Therefore, refunds may take minimum 4-6 business weeks to process.
(f) Lowest Fare Promise: Somehow if you are able to find a lower fare on any other U.S.based website within 4 hours of booking with Bookflightickets, we will credit or refund you the difference. Should you contact us after 4 hours but no later than 24 hours, we may give you discount up to $50 on your future booking at Bookflightickets. The Low Fare Promise is strictly subject to availability at the time of the booking.
